Welcome to our Friday Newsletter!
This week it's Rebecca's turn to share her three interesting links...

A summary of key takeaways for Agile Leaders, each is like a puzzle piece that fits together with and compliments each other. Perhaps enough of an introduction to get you reading the full book.

An interesting take on organisation patterns or design by Jon Smart. We have shared his experience from Barclays several times, in the video ‘The PMO is Dead; Long Live the PMO’, and this is a newer and more refined view of organisational design. Will need to sit back with a cuppa to watch as is 30-mins.

Saving Lives Using Scrum (11 minute read)

How to maximise social impact and minimise fundraising stress. A refreshing change to read about scrum in a non-IT setting – we know how valuable it can be –seeing others write about it gives me more hope.

More interesting reads from the Basis group...

The thing that underpins everything in my work and why
Matt Barnaby

Matt wrote a lovely article reflecting on Kaizen as his underpinning philosophy in life and in work. It also has lovely photos of him included, it's well worth the read!

Judy Rees, Rees McCann

One of the challenges Rees McCann’s clients often have is this one: how to generate creative collaboration remotely, when some of the participants are at a massive digital disadvantage. If your meetings often have participants in lower-income countries, as many of our humanitarian and social impact clients do, you’ll know all about this stuff.
